Innovative exterior design: the slim-frame cabinet border increases usable space by 10% over traditional fume hoods, maximizing the interior working space;
Optimized interior structure: the baffle mounting structure and the distillation rack fixing structure are integrated into one, making the overall structure simpler and installation easier;
Fluid-dynamic design: the top and bottom frames of the sash are curved; the streamlined profile lowers wind resistance so incoming air meets less drag, effectively blocking hazardous gases from escaping the chamber;
Safety design: the sash is fitted with an anti-fall safety device that guards against extreme accidents — for example, braking immediately if the drive chain breaks or derails — preventing the sash from falling and keeping operators safe.
Ergonomically designed: the control panel tilts toward the operator, making it easy to control the utility supply ports;
A modular sink mounts on the fume hood's rear panel, easy to install, remove and clean; a remote-controlled gas valve can also be installed above the sink panel as needed.
Equipped with a smart make-up air system: the make-up air unit supplies air into the chamber from the bottom pillar of the main operating door, producing well-organized airflow inside; supply and return air velocities and turbulence are kept within a small range, effectively preventing gas spillage;
Extraction hood: the curved top extraction hood removes gases quickly and effectively
Rounded high-strength aluminum: rounded high-strength aluminum profiles improve the smoothness of airflow;
Control panel: compatible with all control valves and supports multi-function expansion within limited space;
